Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional, Poor Quality, and Incompetent Execution

We wasted an entire morning with this studio, and unfortunately, getting high-quality content was a complete failure. The main issue? Their equipment was failing during the shoot, and the team didn’t have the professionalism or courage to stop the interview and let us know.

One of their main cameras kept experiencing SD card errors repeatedly throughout the interview, yet they continued without informing us. As a result, critical footage was lost—footage that cannot be recovered. We were left completely blindsided and only found out afterward when they sent us a technical breakdown with zero apology or direct acknowledgment of the impact their failure had on our project.

It gets worse — the team was incompetent in their setup and execution. They recorded in three different resolutions, including one camera that was set to low-quality 1080p, completely compromising the 4K quality of the entire shoot. This is a basic technical failure that should never happen in a professional studio.

On top of that, the lighting in the studio was subpar and didn’t meet the standards for professional video production. The studio itself was also uncomfortably warm, making the entire experience physically unpleasant for everyone involved.

What’s especially disappointing is that the people who originally sold us on this studio seemed like true professionals — it’s clear now that they were likely the all-star team behind their five-star reviews. Unfortunately, they’re no longer the ones running the day-to-day. The staff we worked with were completely incompetent and unqualified to handle a shoot of this level.

Their follow-up simply listed the equipment failures and the need to “rely on other angles” to patch together what’s left, but this doesn’t change the fact that the most valuable, close-up content is gone and the entire shoot was compromised.

Thankfully, they haven’t asked for payment — which honestly would have been completely unacceptable given the magnitude of the failure.

We’re incredibly disappointed with their lack of transparency, technical competence, and accountability. This was a significant waste of time and opportunity. We cannot recommend this studio to anyone who values professionalism, reliability, or quality.

I needed a podcast studio in Valencia. I researched about ten studios, comparing the equipment, the quality of the final content, and the price. In the end, I found that this studio is the best in Valencia.

I was given a tour, shown examples of finished podcasts, and the editing quality. A pleasant surprise was that the staff here speak English, Spanish, Italian, and Russian fluently.

In terms of video quality and cost, this is the best podcast studio available today. They offer not only podcast recording but also post-production promotion. It's the only studio in Valencia that provides such a service.
