I live in the states and was really worried about planning a destination wedding especially because I didn’t have time to view the venue or even do any test runs but Viviana made my wedding day THE best day ever. I cannot recommend her enough. Everything went so smoothly I honestly do not have anything negative to say. Viviana was so communicative throughout the entire 10 months of planning constantly updating me and making sure my vision came to life, sending documents and reminders. What can we say? Luisa was hands down the most incredible wedding planner in the world. Getting married in Spain while living in the US where we were only able to visit the venue once, Luisa was able to execute the most beautiful and perfect ceremony and wedding imaginable. We spent a year in close communication with Luisa where she recommended so many incredible vendors and was very open and helpful when exploring any requests we had. From coordinating vendors, to orchestrating the timeline of the ceremony without any rehearsal, it was all done seamlessly and with limited stress. Luisa constantly kept us abreast of all details regarding vendors, payments that were needed as well as coordination of all timing and deadlines. Not one step was missed in the entire process. Every vendor was there on time and was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Luisa took such good care of us on our wedding day and even helped coordinate our Friday Welcome Dinner. I felt so at ease knowing she was by our side. I truly can't say enough about how great of an experience it really was and will miss Luisa and the entire process!! Viviana coordinated our wedding at Son Marroig in Mallorca in June 2024. We had the venue and the caterer already picked out, but everything else was handled through Viviana and Cygnus. I imagine we may have been complicated to coordinate given the fact that we live in the United States and other than one brief visit to Mallorca by the bride to be everything was done over the Internet. We had several meetings via zoom as well as innumerable emails, and WhatsApp communications. Viviana was also critical in helping us coordinate transportation for wedding guests from Valldemossa and Deia, and also helped with transportation for groups of guests, who had arranged their own, but needed a little assistance. The actual wedding was a smashing success and glitch free. Viviana was extremely attentive, as was her assistant, and making sure everything went off very smoothly. We are extremely happy with the experience, and our guests have declared it the best wedding they have ever attended. Viviana also helped with arranging a brunch the day after the wedding for our guests.

It will be a memory of a lifetime, and we are extremely thankful for Cygnus and Viviana, and helping us realize it

We worked with Viviana for 8 months planning our destination wedding at Son Marroig. We had a great experience with the entire process and she made it a breeze for us! My husband and I never got to visit the venue prior to our wedding week and Viviana was able to video call us. She even helped us pick designs from a video call in the showroom. I could not be more appreciative and thankful because our wedding was more beautiful than I imagined. Viviana was extremely receptive and easy to reach as we communicated often. We recently got married at Son Marroig and had Viviana from Cygnus Events planning and coordinating our wedding. We had over 100 guests from Europe, Australia, USA and Asia that celebrated with us at this beautiful venue.

We cannot recommend Viviana and Cygnus events highly enough! From start to finish, Viviana was fantastic. Her communication was excellent. She always responded to us promptly, even during weekends and evenings (which is when we had the most time to respond to emails and texts). She created a whatsapp group which made all the communication super easy. She was not only professional but also genuinely pleasant and nice to work with.

Viviana’s organizational skills were fantastic. She handled every detail so well, ensuring that our vision for the wedding came to life. We had over a hundred guests to transport from the hotel to a church in Valldemossa and then back to Son Marroig, which made the logistics and planning quite complex. However, Viviana managed everything seamlessly. She coordinated with the hotel (even when they were being difficult) and took care of all transportation arrangements, making the process smooth and stress-free. Her recommendations of which suppliers to go with also made our day extra special.

On the wedding day, Viviana's coordination skills were also excellent. She managed all the suppliers at both the church and Son Marroig, ensuring everything went according to plan. Thanks to her efforts, our special day was perfect. Our guests were thrilled and many kept telling us how spectacular the wedding was and how much they enjoyed it.

Viviana’s dedication, attention to detail, and exceptional service made our wedding day unforgettable. We are so grateful for everything she did and highly recommend her and Cygnus Events for any wedding at Son Marroig or in Mallorca.
