The highlight of our trip to Cala d’Or, I cannot recommend the Capalina boat charter experience enough. We did the 4hr shared charter which was absolutely amazing & the best day out of the whole week. The hosts were great, super friendly, Maria kept our drinks filled up the entire trip and put on an amazing tapas spread for lunch. We made full advantage of the paddle boards & snorkels available and had the best trip. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Cala d’Or!!

Had a brilliant experience on the Capalina. Like most people I’d love to own a boat and have it moored in a beautiful marina. Sadly that dream is yet to be realised! Next best thing? A trip on the Capalina with Jason as the pilot and Maria as captain of the ship making sure all on board are taken care of and explaining all the interesting stories of this magical part of Mallorca.
Frankly this will be the highlight of any trip to Cala D’or. Can’t recommend it enough and if you are lucky enough to do the four hour trip Maria puts on a wonderful spread that isn’t too heavy to stop you diving right off the back of Capalina to swim among the fish, paddleboard, or snorkel in the crystal clear water of small unspoilt bays.

Tour en bateau très agréable ! Nous avons visité plusieurs cala et pu nager en sautant du bateau, fait du paddle, profité d'êtres bercés par l'eau au calme. Repas de midi partagé préparé avec grand soin. Différentes boissons. Durée de 4h parfaite. Une eau bleu incroyable ?

Just returned home after a week in Cala d'Or and the Capalina was our favourite day! We all loved it!
The hosts were amazing, the food they provided were amazing and the places they took us to were breathtaking!

What an amazing experience, a highlight of our holiday. Absolutely loved being able to go to a secluded cove and be able to jump in the water & try paddle boarding.
Hosts were great and so hospitable, I can’t thank them enough for the kindness and effort they put in with our 9 year old son. Your special touches made it a favourite part of the trip for him also, you really went over and above.

I tried to book a shared charter for the Capalina for myself and partner and experienced very poor customer service, where they blocked me.

I had first reached out to them in April to book a charter at the end of September since I had seen amazing TikTok’s of the Capalina and wanted to secure a ride. I contacted them at 4pm Mallorca time, 10am my time (EST). They did not respond until I messaged again the next day to confirm receipt of my message, and they said they can only take shared charter bookings 2 weeks in advance. I said okay and would contact them 2 weeks in advance, but then commented on the tiktok I had seen and asked how had in dance they booked, and they said around 2 months. I then waited until July (now) and asked if I could book. I messaged them at 9pm my time since that’s when I had time to be planning, not expecting to get a reply right away due to the time difference. They didn’t respond, so I messaged again since I looked at their Instagram and it says they have a 30day cancellation policy, where if you cancel at least 30days before charter you will get you refund back. I asked if I could book 2 months in advance due to their cancellation/refund policy. They told my they this is the second time I have woken them up early in morning, and that they are fully booked, and then blocked me. I know the blocked me because I can no longer view when they were last seen kk WhatsApp. I was really looking forward to booking, and sad my customer experience doesn’t seem the same as others when booking.
